they booked was pathetic. they charged me for 3 star hotel and what they provided was not even 1 star. Only and only good thing was the driver.. other than that every blood thing arranged by them is horrible.. no coordination.. they were sending me the stay details , contact no etc .. and asking me to give it to driver.. ( mind it for both the stays they did the same thing) so no coordination, very bad hotels they booked.. according to them there is no buffet in breakfast ,, it will be serve in a hot case and a tiffin( that to with a dirty bag) . basic things like fan, water ( u have to take it from can which is kept outside the room near sofa which they were calling reception), toiletries, towel etc.. ( forget about wifi and all) .. My mother & son both were uncomfortable in that room I do not recommend to chose Shree Ganpati Travels at all!!! Horrible & The WORST experience by Shree Ganpati Travels & by the way it was managed by tannu singh and her manager something with K name kumkum / ksusm something

. Hotel Rooms & Houseboat Quality: Unfortunately, the hotels and rooms selected did not meet expectations. Considering the price paid, the accommodations were below standard. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the pictures shown during booking and the actual rooms. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been, which was disappointing. Overall, I appreciate the efforts made by Travel Triangle, but there are areas for improvement to ensure a higher quality experience for future travelers. nerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless. re trip comfortable for everyone however I received quotes on time. The travel agent Sree Ganpati Travels arranged everything smoothly. The cab was clean, comfortable, driver was polite and professional. Ms. Ritika from Sree Ganpati Travels provided assistance at every stage and every step of the journey. I highly recommend!

The breathtaking landscapes and pleasant weather were definitely the highlights of the trip The local markets sell fresh produce, homemade chocolates, and souvenirs   Only thing is they need to have supportive drivers and English speaking people. We have been to Ooty, Kodaikanal and Palani on a family trip The itinerary was perfectly scheduled by Mr. Rahul Singh from travel triangle. The support from Rahul was fantastic. He need to be rewarded for his tremendous support.   We visited all the places in the itinerary as per plan and we have enjoyed a lot.
